Journeys

Beyond the Classroom operate a range of journey based programs throughout South Australia and beyond. Journeys can incorporate a range of activities including bushwalking, kayaking, bike riding, surfing, rock climbing and more.

Exclusive and private campsites are also available for solo nights including at:

• Willow Creek Adventure Camp near Victor Harbor
• Camp Illawonga at Swan Reach on the River Murray
• Narnu Farm on Hindmarsh Island
• Flinders Ranges
• and more

Beyond the Classroom specialise in journey based programs at multiple locations in South Australia. Journeys can be 3 or more days in duration and can include a range of experiences such as kayaking, mountain biking, bushwalking, surfing, rock climbing and more. We have experience in programs up to 28 days.

Students traditionally cook their meals on trangias, and sleep in tents whilst on program. Beyond the Classroom have a wide range of equipment, support vehicles, buses and a team of specialised outdoor education instructors/facilitators to deliver exceptional experiences tailored to meet a range of outcomes.

Journey programs can also incorporate components of Duke of ED and also the Rite Journey, fast becoming a favourite with year 9 students.
