Beyond the Classroom operate a Blacksmith Show on camp at Narnu Farm. The interactive show is lead by an experienced facilitator, who will turn a flat bar of steel into a horseshoe before the students eyes.
Students learn about branding, old farm implements, the forge, the bellows, the anvil and more. The Blacksmith show is entertaining, fun and interactive.
Narnu Farm camps are exclusively operated by Beyond the Classroom, and offer pioneer themed camps for Primary Schools. The program is linked to the curriculum and also included fun activities like farm animal feeding, chicken hatchery, damper cooking, mud brick making and more.
