Team initiatives are a range of problem-solving activities where students work together to conquer a challenge.
These initiatives are designed to promote leadership, independence, Initiative, and Teamwork.
Activities include spider web, building a bridge, building a rope swing, crossing a toxic pit, using gators, working with a helium stick, and other experiential and problem-based challenges.
How it works
Team Initiatives involve students rotating through challenges and completing a series of activities. It is fun and interactive, and great for high school aged students.
