Synergy Challenge

The Synergy Challenge activity is operated at Willow Creek Adventure Camp and allows students to complete a variety of tasks as a team. The teams compete to make it through all of the tasks first while displaying attributes of a good team and earning tokens. They will collect clues along the way for directions to their next task as they move through the challenge. Challenges are completed on a range of impressive structures.

The Synergy Challenge includes a scavenger style hunt, teamwork challenges on various structures, rigging style problem solving and team work challenges, and a creative challenge at the end.

Beyond the Classroom use this activity as a different team-building challenge that is unique to Willow Creek Adventure Camp. Students are encouraged to engage with one another and work collaboratively to complete the tasks. The tasks are interactive, fun, and a mixture of physical and mental challenges.

This event is great for building teamwork and critical thinking in students. It is designed for high school students.
