Beyond the Classroom run a great Bush Survival Skills activity. The activity involves giving students a scenario, which they will need to navigate and problem-solve so they can survive in the bush.

Depending on the age group and location, students will need to build a shelter, or a raft, navigate, look for water and depending on their scenario event build a stretcher to transport a team member out of the bush.

The activity normally takes 2 hours and is available throughout South Australia.

Older age groups will also learn to make fire with flint, and bush craft is also available upon request.
